🐾 PetsDmart Refund & Return Policy

At PetsDmart, customer satisfaction is our priority. All our services and policies are backed by Real Care Animal Clinical Complex (RACC), Nagpur. This Refund & Return Policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled for both products and veterinary services.

1. Product Returns & Refunds

✅ Eligible for Return/Refund

  • Wrong product delivered.
  • Damaged or defective product received.
  • Expired product delivered.
  • Unopened and unused products (within 7 days of delivery).

❌ Not Eligible for Return/Refund

  • Opened or partially used pet food.
  • Prescription medicines (unless damaged/expired on delivery).
  • Perishable items once opened.
  • Grooming products once used.
  • Discounted or clearance items.

Process:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via 📞 7410792978 or 📧 raccpetsdmart@gmail.com.
  2. Share your Order ID + proof (photo/video) of the issue.
  3. Our team will verify and arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund (as per your choice).
  4. Refunds (if approved) are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

2. Veterinary Services & Appointments

✅ Eligible for Refund/Reschedule

  • Appointment canceled at least 24 hours before scheduled time.
  • Service not delivered due to doctor unavailability.
  • Duplicate payment made.

❌ Not Eligible for Refund

  • No-show or late arrival for appointment.
  • Consultation already provided.
  • Treatment/services once started.

Process:

  1. Contact RACC front desk at 📞 7410792978.
  2. For eligible cancellations, you may choose:
    • Reschedule appointment at no extra cost.
    • Refund to your original payment method (processed in 7–10 business days).

3. Mode of Refunds

  • Online Payments (UPI/Cards/Net Banking): Refunded to the original source.
  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund will be issued as PetsDmart store credit or direct bank transfer.
  • Store Credit: Can be used for future purchases on PetsDmart.
